They say that a city’s character is reflected in its cuisine and Toledo is clear proof of that statement. Sampling Toledo’s cuisine is one of the best ways of understanding what happened in the city’s streets over the course of its history, and that’s what we hope you’ll do at our restaurant. La Fábrica de Harinas (‘the flour mill’) is named after the original use of the building that is now home to the site of Cultural Interest, Hotel San Juan de los Reyes****.
Open from Monday to Sunday:
*It’s very important to book a table if you want to enjoy our fine cuisine. Seats are limited to the current regulations.
*The restaurant will be closed on Mondays starting in July and August.
Our restaurant will be closed for lunch and dinner from July 7th to July 20st to improve our facilities. Breakfast service will not be affected during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our menus are characterised by a selection of traditional, local dishes that, even though they have been adapted to modern times, haven’t lost the essence responsible for the recipes’ survival over the years. In accordance with the high standards of our menus, our dishes are prepared using only the finest raw ingredients. Menus may have variations, but we will never lose our quality.
